Jeff Hahl is passionate about helping clients build wealth through real estate ownership and investment. His real estate journey began in 2015 with house-hacking a single-family home. He then steadily expanded his portfolio to include additional single-family properties, multifamily units, and larger commercial multifamily investments. As both a broker and an investor, Jeff understands the needs and challenges on both sides of the transaction. His expertise allows him to guide clients through every stage, from underwriting deals to making well-informed decisions.

Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or handling everything from a condo to a 50-unit apartment building, Jeff ensures his clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way. His hands-on, personalized approach creates a seamless experience, helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate with ease.

Outside of his work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Carly, and their newborn son, Zander. He is passionate about staying active and exploring Coloradoโ€™s great outdoors through cycling, exercising, and playing and coaching basketball. Jeff is also devoted to mentoring the next generation and leads a Life and Leadership group for young men. He is excited to bring his expertise to West Peak Properties and continue serving the greater Denver area.
