Charles David Mitelhaus II is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He majored in journalism and minored in sport management while walking onto the football team his sophomore year. Mitelhaus has worked at other commercial real estate companies such as JLL in Dallas (Formerly Peloton Commercial Real Estate) as a market analyst intern and most recently as a business development associate for Bisnow, where he led sales efforts primarily in Denver and Phoenix.
After a year in corporate sales, he realized that he wanted to be back in brokerage. Mitelhaus joins West Peak Properties eager to serve clients by assisting multifamily acquisitions and dispositions across the Front Range. Outside of the office, Mitelhaus is an avid fitness fanatic and enjoys playing and watching sports, working out and spending quality time with family and friends.
