Dave Sanchez is a multi-family broker and investor specializing in putting together investment groups to purchase properties nationwide.  Dave purchased his first property nearly 30 years ago and made his first apartment investment in 2011 when he purchased and completely renovated a 23 unit apartment complex in eastern Colorado.  He has been an investor and property owner ever since having completed multiple transactions.   

Dave also served as a volunteer firefighter for 10 years and is now retired from the Lafayette Fire Department in Colorado.  He served as a lieutenant for 2 of those 10 years.
