Mimi Kuchman began her real estate career 23 years ago in Los Angeles, California and moved to Denver, Colorado in 1996. She has extensive experience in single-family home sales, multi-family sales up to 24 units, and the commercial real estate arena. She currently owns and operates over 60 multi-family units in addition to 125,000 square feet of commercial/industrial space. Over the past 9 years, she has helped her clients purchase and sell tens of millions in real estate investments including the use of the 1031 exchange program. Mimi takes the time necessary to help her clients understand the opportunity and make the best decision for their situation. Being a wife, mother, homeowner, and investor, she understands that buying or selling real estate is not as simple as choosing a piece of property. It is or will be one of the largest investments some will ever make. She has been married for 20 years and has two terrific girls. In her spare time, she likes to horseback ride and fundraises for rescued horses.
