Just Sold – Motivated Seller + $250–$300/Mo Savings: Major Updates + 1/1 Rate Buydown

Located at 1852 E 99th Avenue Thornton, CO 80229

We recently closed on 1852 E 99th Avenue in Thornton! This transaction came with its share of challenges, including an initial buyer who fell out of contract due to financing issues and a second buyer whose loan nearly derailed the closing as well. Through persistent communication, strategic negotiations, and creative problem-solving, we were able to keep the transaction together and get the property successfully across the finish line.

On the seller’s side, we also helped navigate several significant inspection items, including sewer repairs and HVAC replacements. By providing trusted contractor recommendations and practical solutions, we were able to save the seller thousands of dollars while addressing the buyer’s concerns. This is a great example of the value of having an experienced listing agent who does more than simply put a home on the market – one who protects the seller’s interests, navigates unexpected obstacles, and delivers results.
